1. What is a discount rate?
A discount rate is the percentage of each transaction that you pay to your card processor for processing your credit card sales. These fees are largely influenced by the percentage that Master Card and Visa charge us.


2. Should I use Software or a P.O.S. Terminal for my processing?
If you have a retail store where every transaction will be "swiped" then we suggest leasing or purchasing a Point of Sale Terminal. If every transaction is not going to be "swiped", then a software solution most likely is your answer. We offer two different "software" options.... PC Charge and Authorize.Net Real-Time processing with a Virtual terminal.


3. If I would like to lease software or a terminal, how much is it going to
cost me to get started?

Nothing. We don't collect anything if you would like to lease your software. No "first & last month's payments". Once your Merchant Application get approved, we will then draft your account for the first month's lease payment. This is also the same time your software or terminal gets shipped to you.


4. What if my credit is bad?
Very few applications get declined. If you have terrible credit, your discount rate/fees may be slightly higher, but most likely you will still get approved. About 99% of our applications get approved.


5. When do I get my FREE copy of CheckMAN?
Your copy of CheckMAN will be sent by Priority mail as son as we receive notification that your application has been received at our headquarters.


6. When are funds transferred to my account?
Funds are deposited to your account with 24- 48 hours after the batch settlement.


7. Does it cost extra to accept Discover?
Yes, If you would like to accept Discover, we will charge you our cost of $25 application fee.

8. Does it cost extra to accept American Express?
Not with us. Other companies charge up to an extra $100 for processing of an American Express merchant application. With us, it's FREE.


9. Will I find a better service, or better product?
Probably not. We stand behind our products and services. Our prices are some of the most competitive in the country. Your satisfaction is our number one goal.


10. What if my application is declined?
Very few applications get declined. If you have terrible credit, your discount rate/fees may be slightly higher, but most likely you will still get approved. If you do get declined, we will immediately refund your money. Your copy of CheckMAN is yours Free to Keep even if you were to be declined.
